Warranty

What Is Covered: Yukon Trail warrants to the original retail purchaser in the United States of America, or Canada that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees, at Yukon Trail’s discretion, to either repair, provide replacement parts for, or replace any product or component with a material defect for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase, except as limited below. Warranty service and replacement parts are warranted only for the duration of the warranty on the original product. All replaced parts or products become a property of Yukon Trail. This product is also covered by an Emissions Control System Warranty which is separate from and in addition to the warranty.

What Is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover any conditions caused by misuse, neglect, negligence, accident in operation in any way contrary to the operating instructions in the operator’s manual, normal wear, alternation, modification, improper or inadequate maintenance, use of unauthorized replacement parts, or service provided by anyone other than Authorized Yukon Trail Service Center. Without limiting the above, this warranty is void with respect to any product that has been used for rental or commercial purposes or that sustained the following damage:

Bent or broken frame due to abuse
Bent or broken wheel due to abuse
Bent or broken fender due to abuse
Any sign of impact, accident, jumping, spin-out or roll over not caused by the condition for which the warranty coverage is sought.

Yukon Trail's obligation under this warranty is strictly and exclusively limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and Yukon Trail does not assume or authorize anyone to assume for them any other obligation. No dealer is authorized to modify this warranty. All implied warranties are limited in duration to the stated warranty period, and are hereby expressly disclaimed in their entirety after the expiration of the stated 3-month warranty period.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Yukon Trail assumes no responsibility for incidental, consequential or other damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Glad I Purchased These

Yukon Trail® 289-TX-86 - Hoop Style Cab Length Black Round Side Steps

I own a 2021 3/4ton Ram with a 6.4ft bed and it has the Cummins diesel. If you are looking for a more economical step rail that gets the job done....these are them. Bolt pattern lined up perfectly. It will take about an hour to install both sides. Now the cons...there is a lot of flex in the bracket. I weigh 300lbs and my son weighs 160lbs. It flexed bad even when he stood on it. If you are handy and feel like messing with it, here are 2 options. Either make the flange part of bracket that fastens to the rocker panel bigger or design a strut that uses the pinch weld. I chose pinch weld and there is zero movement now. Because I primed and painted my struts, I spent the day installing these...but I saved $200 not going with the name brand version of these. Overall...I'm glad I purchased and like showing them off!!!

Fit Great. Had All Parts

Yukon Trail® - Hoop Style Cab Length Black Round Side Steps

So far so good, installed them yesterday evening (1 hour maybe by myself), they look great! It would be great if I could attach some review images but I don't see the option. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is just because the mounting brackets seem a little flimsy they support weight just fine, but seems like they have potential to bend with lots of weight or maybe over time, but I guess thats TBD.

Was easy to install by myself, but an extra pair of hands would of been nice. Fits great and looks great on my 2019 Ram Cummins crew cab 4x4.

Just Purchased and Installed

Yukon Trail® - Hoop Style Cab Length Black Round Side Steps

Looks great, but the flat washers are too thick to use with the supplied lock washers and nuts. I had to purchase thinner flats in order to use the supplied hardware. Self-locking nuts would have worked as well I guess.

Not Happy

Yukon Trail® - Hoop Style Cab Length Black Round Side Steps

Not happy with product. The main pipe sticks out to far and makes you feel as though your missing the step. The step itself is too small and has a piece of plate welded to it that is angled down away from the truck and gives you the sensation that you will slip off of it. Some of the welds are only on one side of the joint so the piece it’s supposed to be welded to is not welded. The paint is good and covers the piece very well.

Side Steps

Yukon Trail® 289-TX-92 - Hoop Style Cab Length Black Round Side Steps

Easy too install. Came with easy to read instructions. Product itself is made well. I was able to put a stress test. It held my 300 pound weight. Only thing that did not include in the instructions is the amount of torque to tighten the bolts that I had to look up online.

Yukon Tundra Side Steps

Wow, so easy to put on. Installed the brackets which aligned with the factory holes, then bolted the side step/ running board on. All the hardware was included - just need a 10 & 12mm wrench & socket. I chose these side steps instead of side boards because my family members are shorter than 48, lol, so while the side running boards are more streamline, they only offer an extra inch or two, these, they fit the wife & daughter good. (my brownie points). Tony.

Steps are great.

The steps are greart. Fit perfectly. Easy to isntall. Only issue was a few spots that were not painted. I installed anyway with the intention of finding a matching paint and touching up areas.
