Universal 1" x 15' Ratchet Tie Down with Snap S Hooks and Soft Tie (11801-2) by SpeedStrap®. Color: Black. SpeedStrap heavy-duty 2" ratcheting tie-down features a long, wide handle with a molded cushion grip which allows for comfort and good leverage during use. Caps on the ends of the barrels and an integrated axle strap with protective sleeve prevent damage to your vehicle. The coated release lever also acts as a locking mechanism once you have your tie down secured.
