The entry-level version of the four-door coupe named the AMG GT 53 is powered by a 3.0 L inline-six engine good for 429 HP mated to a 9-speed gearbox. The hybrid 48V EQ Boost system can add 21 HP at low speed for a short period of time. The model comes with the 4MATIC+ AWD as standard and features sport-tuned suspension, retractable rear spoiler, and Burmester surround-sound system.
