All models are offered with standard rear-wheel drive, while AWD option is available for the 2.0T and 3.6 models.

For 2016, the Cadillac ATS Coupe also features a standard rear-wheel drive configuration and optional AWD. Engine choice is limited to a 2.0-liter turbo-four and a 3.6-liter V6. For this model year, Cadillac also presented the ATS-V, a high-performance version of the ATS model in both sedan and coupe body forms. It is offered with a single motor option - a brute 464-horsepower 3.6-liter turbocharged V6. It takes the ATS-V from zero to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds.
